COTTAGES AT THE
RESORT AT ERIE LANDING

Enjoy the comfort of your own home alongside the river's bend.  Our 700 sq. ft. loft cottages are designed to comfortably sleeps 4.  Each cottage rental features a contemporary design including open cathedral ceilings, a complete kitchen and a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom. The spacious floor plan also includes a master bedroom, a full bath,  and an outdoor deck with a view.  Our 1,300 sq. ft. 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 adults and comes with a full kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, and a private deck.  (Each cottage and villa is provided with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, and refrigerator)

• Check-in is 4:00 pm to 6 pm and check out is 11:00 am (no later).

  • Off-Peak: May 1 - 23, 2024 and September 9 - October 15, 2024

  • Peak: May 24 - September 8, 2024

  • Holidays: Require a 3-night stay.  No cancellation or discounts. Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day.  Discounts do not apply on Holiday Weekends.

  • Cottages contain pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, utensils, and grill.  Require a 2-night minimum stay (3 nights on Holiday weekends).

  • Rates subject to change without notice.

View Daily Cottage Information

  • Reservations are required.

  • We require payment in full at time of reservation.

  • Names of all guests must be given at check-in.

  • You must be at least 21 to make a reservation and at least one adult needs to be camping. 

  • One camping unit per campsite.

  • Base Rate includes up to 2 adults and 4 children 17 and younger on all campsites and in all rentals. Additional guests are $10 each per day.  Children under 3 are free.

  • Visitor passes (daily or overnight) are $10 for both adults and children.  Children 3 and under are free.

  • Holidays Require a 3-night stay.  No cancellation or discounts. Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day.  Discounts do not apply on Holiday Weekends.

  • PETS

    • RV Sites: up to 2 pets are allowed.  No additional charge.​

    • Cabins & Cottages: Pet friendly cottages only. $20/day and refundable pet deposit fee of $200.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation 30+ days in advance will be fully refunded minus $3.50 admin fee.

  • Cancellation 7 - 29 days in advance can reschedule for another date within the season with a $15 admin fee.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded.

  • Holiday Weekends are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No refunds for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • All campers, guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival.

  • Proof of ID is required at check-in.

  • An escort to your site is available.

  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cottages.  Check-in before 7pm unless other arrangements have been made in advance with campground office.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cottages.

  • To inquire about extending your stay, contact the office prior to 10:00 a.m.

  • Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.

Loft Cottages

1 bedroom + loft bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, full kitchen, and shower/tub.  Linens, towels, and pillows are not provided.

Blue Heron Villas

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4-6, waterfront deck, full kitchen, washer/dryer.  Pillows are not provided.

Marina View Cottages

2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4-6. Marina view decks, full kitchen, upright washer/dryer.  Pillows are not provided.

OUR POLICIES
  • Visitor Policy: Campers are responsible for their guests.  All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.
    Children under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardian and need to return to their campsite at quiet time.

  • Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • Campfires must never be left unattended and trash burning is prohibited.  Campfires must always be contained within the designated fire ring. Safety first!

  • Vehicles must have a valid pass at all times in the campground. Please see the park office if you did not receive a pass at check-in. All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license. Learning permits are not accepted. Driving any vehicle (including golf carts) while intoxicated will result in removal from the campground. Follow the instructions of all park team members and park signage.

  • Speed limit on gravel is 5 mph and on pavement is 15 mph. Please drive slowly and watch out for children and pets.​

  • Amenities have specific sets of rules. Please refer to the signage at each location. 

  • Wi-Fi, where available, is available throughout the park free of charge. It is for answering e-mails and viewing websites. It is not designed for movie or music downloads. 

  • Trash should be put in dumpsters as indicated on the campground map. Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.

  • Pets:  Up to 2 pets per RV.  No pets allowed in rental units, cabins, lodges. Pets are the responsibility of their owner. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. We are a pet friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive, aggressive, or exotic pets.  No retractable leashes​

  • Please be courteous of other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited.

  • Washing your vehicle at your site is not permitted.  Please help us conserve water.​

  • Strictly prohibited items or actions include: firearms, fireworks (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct and foul language.

  • Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.
